Boox eReaders Seem To Be The Latest Trend.

UPDATE: Saw another Brand of eReader, priced very competitively, post by @Ebooker in /c/freereads
What perfect timing! I have never considered getting an e-reader before. If I read a book it used to always have to be a physical book. Then within the last few years I have loved having it at my finger tips (my iphone), so much more convenient. Now I am thinking of upgrading to an e-reader. I just can't decide which one!
Anyone have a favourite?
I’ve researched it to death, for my needs. My iPad/iPhone are the only ones that can access CloudLibrary, but Kindle can access Libby - not directly, but you can login to your Libby account and send it to your Kindle. Kobo can’t do that…not sure about Boox - but they’re too pricey for me.
And I actually have a good size kindle library already.
So I’m thinking of getting the Kindle Paperwhite that’s on sale on Amazon right now for 30% off.
Still, I have this older iPad, so even the sale price is hard to justify
I was reading about that, I do most my reading on Kindle, but have definitely used Libby a lot. My Kindle library is far too large to give up, so I think that will be the deciding factor for me.
Yup...that's me as well. Even being an Apple fan, and a Books fan (which I really just use for PDFs of appliance manuals etc...), I much prefer the Kindle user experience. It's a great app on the iPad.
I actually do like physical books best, but eReaders have a few features that have spoiled me — the onboard dictionary being the main one.
