I LOVE iced coffee on a hot morning!!! I started making coffee cubes (shaped like tiny skulls of course 💀🥰) so my coffee didn't get watered down as the ice melted, it's made such a delightful difference!!!

Anyone ever try this? It’s instant espresso powder whipped together with sugar and hot water to make a foam, which gets poured onto cold milk. A little peanut-butter whiskey goes well in the foam, or whatever cream liqueur you like (Bailey’s, crème de menthe) in the milk.
